Shipping and Delivery
Everything ships from within the United States, so your order does not sit in customs for a month.

Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are packed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, are packed the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes for express orders, or internationally at this time.
Tracking your order
Your confirmation email includes a tracking link. If it has been more than three business days and your tracking has not updated, email support@lexuswell.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.
A note on fragrance
Fragrances are classified as flammable goods, so they travel by ground rather than air. That is a carrier rule rather than a choice on our part, and it is why fragrance orders can take a day or two longer than skincare.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before unpacking further, then email us within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund you in full.
